Based on your instructions, we will try your case, we don't
take cases simply to settle them or dump them.

If a fair settlement is offered, you make the decision whether
to accept the settlement.

|
We will help you in processing your medical bills, property
damage, disability, and other injury related matters.

We will monitor your medical care and assess your case as
it progresses. There will always be at least five people in
the office that you can talk to regarding your case: you can
speak with our attorneys, Evan Levow, or Kevin Costello; you
can discuss your matter with the two paralegals assigned to
help you with your case.

We will not charge you a fee unless we recover money for you.
|
|
We will prepay all of the costs of litigation unless we specifically
agree otherwise. If we do not recover for you, then you will
not have to pay us for the costs we have prepaid, unless we
agree otherwise. When we do recover for you, you will then repay
what we have prepaid. |
